There are several ways to reach the Help Desk Team at Agility Technology Group:
1. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. This will create a support ticket and notify our entire team.
2. Call (205) 543-7880 and press 1 to connect to our Support queue, which rings all phones. In the event that no one is available to pick up your call, please leave a voicemail and a team member will call you back ASAP.
3. Log onto the customer portal and create a new support ticket or update an existing ticket. Your user account must be setup and approved by the ATG staff before you will be able to logon.
